What to do with these cupboard doors?

My Dad had some renovations done to his kitchen, he replaced all of his cupboard doors, I was disgusted when he said he was going to take the old ones down to the tip! All ten (thereabouts) came home with me, I wasn't sure what I would do with them.
These cupboard doors are part of my childhood, along with the speckly laminated tubular aluminium legged table (very retro)
The kitchen was the centre of our family life, we always ate our Evening meal and of course brekky in the kitchen, there was no eating in front of the TV, the dining room was for special occasions only.
Sorry about the shadows on my photo
The doors are that wonderful soft vintage green colour
I've given the door a good sand, I've left the hinges on for a bit of interest
Of course the push button knob stayed on

I'm sorry my photos don't show up the lovely colour of the door

I still need to add a few finishing touches to my painting.

I remember many times creeping into the kitchen and sneaking that forbidden "before tea biscuit" ... I wonder if this was the cupboard door the biscuit tin lived behind??

Now all I need is some ideas for the rest of the doors, I thought a more retro theme would be good? Cupcakes also come to mind, pink mix masters...bit ambitious maybe

Ideas would be welcome

Red Hill Market

Red Hill is named Red Hill for a very good reason, the soil is red and the hill... rain is very often attracted to this particular hill. Yes it did rain here today and I don't think it rained in many other places nearby. This market doesn't run over the winter months for this reason. Apart from the down pour it was a great market.
Here's a few photos

I loved these two new benches Tony had made during the week, the one above sold very quickly, I love the way he's cut shapes into the side and front rails, the handle is a vintage one, goodness knows where he finds all these treasures!

Very cute the way he's cut around the cake print

A little attraction for the kids....mind you not just for the kids! He's a very clever koala to be able to play the drums as well as he did

Just in case you wanted to see proof, I've taken a photo of the Red Hill mud, yes silly me I shouldn't wear sandles to this market, particulary at this time of the year!

Thankyou

Thankyou all for Ellie's Birthday wishes!!!

She pretended to be cross at me for doing a Happy Birthday post but I knew she was tickled pink!

We had a terrible stormy day in Melbourne yesterday, we all felt a bit frazzled, yet ended up having a lovely family birthday dinner.

Sorry another Guss story coming up here:

In the photo above you can see Guss has his eye on Bella (Ellie's little cat)

she's snuggled up in his bed

hmmmm......what to do???

He really wants to get her out of his bed.....just doesn't quite know how to go about it....

Just when I thought the beautiful home grown garden roses where finished here in Melbourne, Ellie was given a bunch for her birthday....you can well imagine I sort of adopted them, they are beautiful.
Here's a sweet little original I've just finished, it's in a dainty vintage frame which I think makes it very special

That's about my news for now
